In the initial consultation, we will go through a simple subjective and objective assessment.

The assessments will give us both a clear and specific pathway to achieve your desired goal and outcome.

The subjective assessment will be an array of questions that gives us a better into your daily lifestyles and habits

In the objective assessment, we will go through simple movement screenings, passive movement assessments and muscular strength and load tolerance testing.

The findings/results from both the subjective and objective assessment will be carefully analysed to put together an effective treatment plan which will be carried out under my watchful eye of myself during the follow-up sessions
